How do I personalize my jewelry?
Some of our items are available for customization. Personalize your jewelry with the alphabet, numbers, a little heart, smiley face, star signs, sun, moon or star.
All our personalizable jewels have a PERSONALIZE button on their product page. After clicking the button, you can fill in what initials or symbols you would like to see on the front and back on your jewel.
Our initials and symbols are hand stamped and available in one size only. If you'd like to have more initials on your jewelry please contact hi@galore.jewelry to discuss the possibilities.
We are unable to accommodate custom fonts at this time.
Customized products can not be returned or exchanged.
Will the gold plated items fade?
Our jewelry is coated with a generous 2.5 microns of 18K gold, surpassing the industry standard of 1.5 microns and 14K gold. This thick layer of gold ensures that our jewelry will withstand the test of time when handled properly. Plating is a process where a layer of gold is placed on to coat the surface of another metal. As the jewelry is not 100% solid gold, some care should be taken to maximize its lifespan. Read more in our jewelry care guide. Rest assured, if your gold item happens to fade within the warranty period* (although it's unlikely, trust us ;) ), we provide a free gold plating service.
What size do I need?
At Galore we work with 3 different sizes:
baby; ages 0-3, petite; ages 2-8, women; ages 8+
Please note that the age indications are guidelines only, because regardless of their age, all children are different. The best way for you to make sure the jewelry will fit is to measure the wrist or neck with a tape ruler or a piece of paper or string.
Because children also grow at different rates, all of our sizes can be adjusted a couple of centimeters with the extension chain.The length and size of the jewelry is mentioned on the product’s page and on our size guide page.

When it comes to packaging our jewelry, we make sure it's all love and creativity! You'll receive our signature jewelry boxes made from recycled materials. Kids' size jewels come with an interactive box and a set of colorful pencils to bring out your little one's inner Picasso. These are then placed in our recycled cotton bag that can be personalized with a name and date. No need to bring out the giftwrap for these gifts!
