Our jewelry

What materials does Galore use?

All of our jewelry is made from high quality recycled .925 silver. A 2.5 micron layer of 18k gold is used for our gold-plated jewelry. This is a high quality thick layer of gold called vermeil, made to last! Read our care guide on how to make jewelry last a long time.

We use SI1 quality diamonds for our diamond jewelry. Read more about our diamonds here.

Our packaging is made from recycled materials only.

What size do I need?

At Galore we work with 3 different sizes:

mini – ages 0-2

petite – ages 3-7

women – ages 8+

Please note that the age indications are guidelines only, because regardless of their age, all children are different. The best way for you to make sure the jewelry will fit is to measure the wrist or neck with a tape ruler or a piece of paper or string.

Because children also grow at different rates, all of our sizes can be adjusted a couple of centimeters with the extension chain.

How do I take care of my jewelry?


Store your jewelry in our jewelry box. If you need to store your jewelry over a longer period, we recommend you add a silica gel bag to the box.Do not store gold plating and silver plating together. The different metals could cause each other to tarnish, fade and/or turn colors. Have different storage places for different colors of metals like gold and rose gold.Never store your jewelry in the bathroom as the moisture can cause rapid oxidisation. If you live in a moist climate we strongly recommend you store the jewelry in a ziplock bag with a silica gel bag inside.Remove jewelry before strenuous work or sports. You should also remove jewelry before jumping in the pool or ocean.Avoid getting chemicals from perfumes, household remedies etc on the jewelry



Sterling silver tarnishes, especially when exposed to salt air and products containing sulfur, such as rubber bands and some papers. However, silver that is regularly used typically needs less care, so we recommend you to wear your silver every day.

To clean your silver jewelry use a small amount of silver jewelry cleaner on a soft cloth and gently rub the silver several times. Then rinse the silver thoroughly in warm water and carefully dry. This will remove the tarnish and dullness, keeping your sterling silver like new. Please note: chlorine and bleach accelerate tarnishing and should be avoided.



Plating is a process where a layer of gold is placed on to coat the surface of another metal. As the jewelry is not 100% solid gold, extra care should be taken to maximize its lifespan. Although we coat our jewelry with 2.5 microns of 18K gold (instead of industry standard of 1.5 microns and 10K gold), anything plated will eventually tarnish with time and wear.

Clean your plated jewelry with a cotton ball or a very soft cloth to remove any dust and dirt. Gently rubbing the surface of your gold plated jewelry using a soft jewelry cloth, helps restore shine. Do not use a polishing cloth as this could strip away the plating. If your jewelry needs more cleaning you may clean it with warm, soapy water. Soak it for a few minutes and you may clean it with a soft cloth. Stay away from jewelry cleaners and antibacterial soaps which may have certain components that will make your gold plated jewelry tarnish more quickly.

To decrease the chances of fading out, here are easy ways on keeping the luster of your gold plated jewelry.

Do not spray on perfume or other sprays while wearing your gold-plated jewelry.Wait until your lotion or cream is dry or has been absorbed by your skin before you wear your gold plated ring, bracelet or necklace.Substances like oil, nail polish, nail polish remover, chlorine, and perfume may react with metal/plated jewelry and cause it to tarnish. This is also true for sweat, so make sure you remove your gold plated jewelry when you exercise or doing anything requiring heavy work and when swimming.

How sustainable is Galore jewelry?

Every piece is designed in Maastricht and handmade in our Bali or Maastricht atelier. And while doing this we want to affect our planet as little as possible. That is why we only use recycled materials for our jewelry as well as our packaging materials. Each of our pieces is made using 100% recycled and sustainably made .925 silver and 18K gold-plated vermeil. Read more about sustainability here.

We also only use lab grown diamonds, handpicking, and lab-testing them to ensure ideal cut, color, and at least SI quality clarity. Read more about lab grown diamonds here.

How can I personalize my jewel?

Some of our items are available for customization. Our monograms are currently limited to the standard 26 latin alphabet, numbers 0 to 9, a little heart and smiley face.

On our product's page you can select the checkbox whether you would like a personalization. If checked, you can fill in what initials you would like to see on the front and back on your jewel.

Monograms on our metal items are hand stamped and available in one size only. If you'd like to have more initials on your jewelry please contact to discuss the possibilities.
We are unable to accommodate custom fonts at this time.

How do I place an order?

1. If you know what you’re looking for, start shopping by selecting the product category links: e.g. Women, Bracelets. If you have a specific product in mind or are unsure where to start, you can simply enter a key in the search box.

2. Once you have found an item you want to buy, select your size and colour and click on the ‘ADD TO CART’ button.

3. You can then either continue shopping, or review the items in your shopping cart by clicking on basket symbol at the top of the page.

4. If you’re happy with the items in your shopping bag, click ‘CHECKOUT‘ to complete your order.

Where is my order notification?

As soon as you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order.  If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder or double check you entered your email address properly. If you still haven’t received it after 24 hours please contact customer services.

Can I cancel my order?

We try to ship out our orders the same day. So if you think you have made a mistake or need to cancel your order, please contact us at the soonest instance via e-mail quoting your name, order number and full address. We will then cancel or edit your order, or if this is not possible, let you know how to proceed.

What payment methods do you accept?

Why has my card been declined?

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card does not, for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the checkout. A common reason for orders being declined is due to the billing address details being entered incorrectly. Please ensure that in the ‘billing address’ section, the address to which your bank statements are sent is entered. For full details of why the payment was declined, please contact your card issuer.

I have forgot to use my discount code, what can I do?

Due to system limitations, we are unable to retrospectively apply your discount code to an order that has already been placed, so please take extra care ensuring that this has been correctly entered and the discount code has been applied.

How do I use my giftcard?

After receiving your gift card email, click the ‘redeem’  button. This will redirect you to a page that contains your unique gift card code.

The code is valid from the moment of purchase, all you have to do is apply the gift card code to the discount box at checkout 🙂

Where can I track my order?

Once we box up your order, we email your confirmation with your tracking number (check your spam if you don’t see it!)

Please note that the tracking information can take a few hours to update.

If you still cannot see any updates to your tracking after the advised timeframe, please forward your shipping confirmation email to and we will look into this for you.

My order is being returned to sender, what happens now?

If you miss the timeframe in which you have been instructed to collect this, your parcel will be returned to sender.

It can take up to 4 weeks for an international return to reach our warehouse. Once it has been received, it will be processed by our returns team within 14 working days and you will be issued with a refund, of which you will be notified via email.


How can I return my order?

If you have received an non personalised item from us, but are not completely satisfied, you will always have the opportunity to return your order within 14 days of delivery date.


Some Galore pieces of jewelry are personalised so they are custom made for you. Unfortunately, this type of product cannot be returned. It is important to double check your size before placing your order.

If your item is delivered damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours from the date of delivery. We will get back to you within 1-2 business days.

2. Repack the goods in the original shipping box or any other solid carton box. Include a note with name and order number in the box. Close the box and tape it securely.

The product must be in new condition. If the product is damaged or used the product shall not be refunded.

To secure the arrival of your return, we always recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of your item(s).

How much does it cost to return my order?

Return costs are for the customer, unless otherwise indicated by our customer service. Please check with your local post office for prices. Always send out your returns with tracking.

If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’, to avoid any customs charges. Galore is not responsible for any return customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

When do I receive my refund?

After we received your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed in the warehouse. Within 15 days your refund will be made on the same account you paid the order with.

Can I exchange my items instead of a refund?
