Returns

How can I return my order?

If you have received an non personalised item from us, but are not completely satisfied, you will always have the opportunity to return your order within 14 days of delivery date.

PERSONALISED ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED

Some Galore pieces of jewelry are personalised so they are custom made for you. Unfortunately, this type of product cannot be returned. It is important to double check your size before placing your order.

If your item is delivered damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours from the date of delivery. We will get back to you within 1-2 business days.

RETURN ITEM(S)

1. Please fill in below returns form.

2. Repack the goods in the original shipping box or any other solid carton box. Include the original invoice in the box. Close the box and tape it securely.

The product must be in new condition. If the product is damaged or used the product shall not be refunded.

To secure the arrival of your return, we always recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of your item(s).

What are the costs to return my items?

Return costs are for the customer, unless otherwise indicated by our customer service. Please check with your local post office for prices.

If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’, to avoid any customs charges. Galore is not responsible for any return customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

When do I receive my refund?

After we received your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed in the warehouse. Within 15 days your refund will be made on the same account you paid the order with.

Can I exchange my items instead of receiving a refund?

Unfortunately, we do not offer the option to exchange items. If you want to receive a new item, return your unwanted item for a refund and place a new order at www.galore.jewelry.

I received a damaged or faulty item

If your item is delivered damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours from the date of delivery. We will get back to you within 1-2 business days.
